Phase 2: Parallel Operation (Week 1-2)
- Carry both phones. Use the privacy phone for personal communications, private browsing, sensitive tasks.
- Keep your main phone for work calls, banking, apps that still need Google services.
- We provide daily 10-minute coaching to answer questions and troubleshoot.
Phase 3: Gradual Shift (Week 3-4)
- Move one work app at a time to the privacy phone (calendar, email, estimating tool).
- Test banking apps with workarounds (we guarantee compatibility).
- Once you're confident, migrate your SIM card and make the privacy phone your primary.
Phase 4: De-Google Your Old Phone (Optional)
Once you're fully on the privacy phone, we can de-Google your old device as a backup or sell it.
